Hi Mike
      I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the many years you have desperately tried to find us a place in Ocean City and to tell you how excited we are about finally having a beach house, even if we don't get to use it in the summer much (at least for now).  We have already purchased some new furniture and plan to give the place a thorough cleaning, paint and redecorate so we'll be coming down on weekends a lot for the next month or two. As a realtor, you have shown integrity and honesty, always keeping our best interests at heart and for that we thank you.  With that said, we'll see you at settlement (and maybe on the beach!).

Hi Mike,

 I am down in OCNJ and I wanted to let you know that I received your message and when I did I thought, “What a great job this man does!” We just love it here. We have met some new neighbors (some who live here all year round) and there is a 13 year old girl in the house next door who will most likely be here all August next year. My monkey bread is almost ready to come out of the oven so….if you are around this morning up here, come get some!

A note of good wishes to you! Our paths crossed recently. Your vehicle, “Chet 5,” was ahead of us and turned to the right as we continued heading north through our town.
